The event is being organized by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), in cooperation with the Embassy of Libya in Cyprus and the Chambers of Commerce of Benghazi, Misrata, and Tobruk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Future to be Built<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The forum will provide an opportunity for businesses from both countries to explore areas of cooperation and to identify opportunities for joint ventures and investments. It will also allow for the exchange of information and experiences between the business communities of both countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting included Libya\u2019s Ambassador to Cyprus, the heads of the Chambers of Commerce, of Misrata and Tobruk, Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce of Benghazi, the Director General of the Privatization and Investment Board (PIB), Eastern Region Branch, and Director General of Benghazi\u2019s Elmreisa Free Zone (EFZ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"964\" height=\"492\" src=\"https:\/\/euroly.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Libyan-embassy-cyprus.jpg\" alt=\"Libyan-embassy-cyprus\" class=\"wp-image-969\" srcset=\"https:\/\/euroly.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Libyan-embassy-cyprus.jpg 964w, https:\/\/euroly.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Libyan-embassy-cyprus-300x153.jpg 300w, https:\/\/euroly.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Libyan-embassy-cyprus-768x392.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 964px) 100vw, 964px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The New Libyan embassy to Cyprus<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>At the meeting, participants will discuss ways to promote economic relations between Libya and Cyprus and ways to overcome obstacles. Additionally, they will discuss the business environment in both countries and agree to increase efforts to promote investment opportunities in Libya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In both Countries, Businesses have a lot to Offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Libyan-Cypriot Economic Forum provides an excellent opportunity for business representatives from both countries to explore areas of cooperation, identify joint venture opportunities, and learn from each other&#8217;s experiences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/euroly.org\/\">The euro-libyan trade center<\/a> is committed to continue supporting this initiative and strengthening relations between the two countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> To promote economic cooperation and enhance mutual understanding between Libya and Cyprus, we look forward to continuing our forward-looking initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Libyan-Cypriot Economic Forum will be held in Nicosia, Cyprus on November 17th, 2022.
