The platform, which can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/lawsociety.ly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/lawsociety.ly<\/a>, has become a crucial resource for legal professionals and those interested in Libyan legislation, <strong>simplifying access and supporting efforts to build the state of law<\/strong> in the country.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legislation at Your Fingertips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its launch, <strong>the platform has published over 10% of legislation<\/strong> and has a goal of archiving legislation dating back over 70 years. It is <strong>accessible to the public<\/strong>, students, and legal professionals both locally and globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Breaking Down Language Barriers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to its current offerings, the Law Society of Libya, under the leadership of President Albudery Shariha, has announced <strong>plans to add an English version of the website in the near future<\/strong> to make the platform more accessible to international audiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nonetheless, this would not have been possible without the support of a number of partners, all of whom are recognized <a href=\"https:\/\/lawsociety.ly\/about\/acknowledgement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>. All of whom are directly contributing to the accessibility and understanding of Libya not only to Libyans but also no nationals. It allows for <strong>easier access to the country&#8217;s laws and regulations, promotes consistency in their application and enforcement<\/strong>. It also <strong>promotes transparency and accountability<\/strong>, which can <strong>help to build trust in the legal system and encourage citizens to engage with it more actively<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, having all legislation organised and unified in a single platform <strong>makes it easier to track the evolution of the Libya\u2019s legal system over time<\/strong>, which is important for understanding the historical context of current laws and regulations.
